By accessing or using WanderLux ("we", "our", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.

2. Services We Provide

WanderLux is a travel deals aggregation and booking facilitation platform. We curate deals from verified third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We act as an intermediary and are not ourselves a travel service provider unless explicitly stated. All bookings are subject to the terms of the respective supplier.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to ensure all pricing, availability, and deal information is accurate at the time of publication. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee that a deal will remain available after you view it.

3. Booking & Payment

When you book a deal through WanderLux, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel supplier. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the deal terms. All prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

3.1 Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from WanderLux and/or the supplier. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by deal and supplier. The applicable policy will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. WanderLux offers a "Free Cancellation" badge on eligible deals where suppliers permit cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to commencement of services.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–14 business days depending on your payment method and bank processing times. Non-refundable fees such as service charges may apply.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or making a booking. You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates) required for your chosen destination. WanderLux accepts no liability for travel disruption caused by inadequate documentation.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal information provided.
• You must comply with the laws and regulations of all countries visited.
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the WanderLux platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WanderLux or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanderLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
